• Ph.D. in molecular biology / organic or medicinal chemistry / pharmacology / poultry science / veterinary
• Substantial experience working with animals
• Experience in developing large-scale experiments and in experiment oversight
• Hands-on approach to experiment execution
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ambition and enthusiasm to work on the development of novel solutions

Responsibilities

• Full oversight, planning and management of the company’s experiments work plan, including budget, timeline and personnel
• Manage and partake in field work required to gather scientific data in hatcheries and broiler farms. Substantial portion of the position will revolve around this effort
• Work with a team of research assistants to plan and execute the company’s scientific efforts
• Develop academic relations to enhance the company’s product portfolio
• Engage with scientific authorities from commercial parties related with the company
• Work on the company’s regulatory affairs alongside the management team
