The ideal candidate would have a strong background in cancer biology and vast hands-on lab experience. The position includes mammalian tissue culture work, establishing stable cell-lines, and developing & performing specific cell free/cell-based assays to monitor the activity of our drug candidates, etc.

Required qualifications:
A must have requirements
1. PhD in cancer cell biology/cancer metabolism (or a related discipline).
2. Vast experience in mammalian cell culture.
3. Vast experience in cell biology techniques including gene transfer protocols (transfection, infection, ablation using CRISPR/Cas9).
4. Vast experience in molecular biology techniques including Western blotting and qPCR.
5. Fluent English speaking & writing with strong documentation and organizational skills.
6. A highly motivated and independent scientist that can plan, conduct, and analyze experiments and at the same time be a true team player.
Advantageous requirements
1. Research experience after PhD (industry or academy).
2. Experience in mammalian 3D culturing systems such as: spheroids, organoids.
3. Experience in cell-based assays and drug screening methodologies.
4. Working experience with intact mitochondria.
