What you'll be doing:

Full ownership of a state of the art, custom camera qualification project. Accountable for camera design-related and testing activities.
Design and build electro-mechano-optics cameras qualification setups
Analyze cameras and image sensors performance
Work closely with related vendors
Work closely with engineers from multiple disciplines such as optical designers, system, mechanical, and control engineers.

Required qualifications:

M.Sc. or higher in Physics/Electrical Engineering.
Track record of leading a development project
Experience / familiarity with Optical design
Hands-on experience in laboratory work, from requirements definition to a working setup
Proved experience with data analysis, deriving practical conclusions through collaboration
Ability to drill down and investigate complex custom electro-optic module performance, and lead in-depth technical discussions with the OEM vendors.
Python and Matlab proved experience
Team player and project leading qualities
Able to be fully accountable and independent for your defined ownership
Advantage:

>5 years experience as a physicist/optical or system engineer of an optical systems
Good understanding of CMOS image sensors device physics, process technology and EMVA1288 standard familiarity and implementation
Good understanding of optics / Optical systems/microscopy principles
Knowledge of electro-optic characterization methods
