We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the Molecular Genetics department as an expert in machine learning and image analysis.
Job Description: The molecular genetics department includes about 25 research groups that study diverse topics in embryonic development, cellular biology, human diseases, evolution, and more. The candidate will support our researchers in the field of machine learning, AI and image analysis.
Education and relevant skills:
MSc in life science/ computer science / bioinformatics – is a must, PhD – advantage
Knowledge in
• Biology (Genomics – advantage)
• Work experience with big data
Practical experience in
• Machine Learning projects
• Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning / Artificial Neural Networks
• Deep experience in Python/Matlab/R programming
• Image analysis and familiarity with relevant libraries in Python or Matlab
• Proficiency in LINUX
