Required qualifications:
Ability to research new materials, trends, new materials that can be used to innovate existing products.
Bachelor's degree in chemistry/pharmacy/biotechnology/other relevant – required!!!!
Experience in wet chemistry – required!!!
Experience in managing a laboratory and managing experienced chemists
Ability to develop, learn, and drive forward
Curiosity and a desire for innovation
