Requirements:
• BSc/MSc/PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience working with electro-optical systems in a hands-on R&D environment
• Strong understanding of optical systems, imaging, sensors, and light-matter interaction
• Experience with lab instrumentation (e.g., lasers, photodetectors, oscilloscopes, spectrometers)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, MATLAB, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute experiments independently
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
