MSc degree or above in Exact Sciences, Engineering, or a related field is

required.

Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the DeepTech

and/or Tech industries, with a demonstrated ability to bridge academia and industry.

Scientific Insight: Demonstrated capability to understand complex scientific research and

identify its potential for market applications.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, convey the commercial value of early-stage research to both scientific and non-scientific audiences.

Networking Abilities: Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with Weizmann researchers and industry stakeholders.

Project Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a diverse portfolio of

projects in a fast-paced environment.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must.

Preferred Experience: Significant advantage for candidates with experience or background in business

development roles.
