Digital PQ Algorithm developer


Job description:

A research developer in the area of Digital Image Processing Algorithms for image synthesis, analysis and enhancement.

Provide solutions (Tools, Algorithms, metrics, automation etc.) related to image processing in general and print quality in particular.


Develop and maintain tools for Halftoning creation.
Develop and maintain tools for Image enhancement.
Develop metrics for Print Quality assessment using image processing and computer vision methods.
Develop and maintain tools for Print Quality assessment.
Design, perform, analyze and summarize experiments involving multi-disciplinary knowledge.

Required qualifications:

Three years’ experience in algorithms development – image processing advantage
Second degree (third advantage) in Physics, electrical engineering, or computer science

Knowledge and Skills:

Determination approach toward problem solving
Ability to deal with tight schedule
Focus on solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experiment planning and execution
Experienced with MATLAB. Additional programming capabilities (Python, C etc.) – advantage
Team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English
