Our startup is developing agrochemicals to enable a sustainable alternative to synthetic pesticides. We are looking for the right person to join us as a co-founder and become an entrepreneur.
You will lead the technology we have invented and upgrade it to the next level and into commercialized products.
Including building a team and managing a laboratory, developing new testing methods, and creating an R&D plan.
MSc/Ph.D. in chemistry/organic chemistry/chemistry engineering/agrochemicals.
– A person who can lead in uncharted waters and has vast experience in R&D of chemical-oriented products (agriculture/ cosmetics/ organic chemistry/ food/ detergents/ oils/ etc.).
– Experience in formulating and materials.
– Managing and nurturing people.
– Passion for creating a positive effect on our environment.
– Background in agrochemicals and agriculture – an advantage.
