Job description:

We seek a highly motivated, dedicated, and quick learner bioinformatician with creative and flexible thinking to join our team and lead the innovation and development.

Key responsibilities:
Computational biologist specialize in bioinformatics algorithms and pipelines to support the company’s activities.In this position, you will take part in:
Developing new tools and algorithms for handling proteomics data
Preforming biological and clinical data analysis
Applying machine learning techniques to extract relevant insights to support the company’s core activities
Developing infrastructure tools and resources

Required qualifications:

Team player
Ph.D. / MSc in bioinformatics, or a closely related field with biological background
Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in programming (industry and/or academia)
Analysis of proteomic data is an advantage
Experience in applying machine learning to biological data
Strong analytical skills
Strong sense of curiosity and ability to solve challenging problems
